- ระยะเวลาจำหน่าย: วันที่ 29 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00 น. - วันที่ 12 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 23.59 น.

- ใน 1 ออเดอร์ซื้อสินค้าได้ไม่เกิน 5 ชิ้น หากต้องการสั่งซื้อสินค้าเพิ่มสามารถ Log in เข้าใหม่ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง

- ค่าจัดส่งคิดตามออเดอร์ ดูค่าจัดส่งตามตาราง จัดส่งทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

- ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ หากทำการสั่งซื้อสำเร็จ

- กรุณากรอกชื่อที่จัดส่งอยู่เป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น และตรวจสอบที่อยู่จัดส่งให้ชัดเจน หากใส่ที่อยู่ไม่ชัดเจนแล้วสินค้าตีกลับ จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมในการจัดส่งรอบสองตามตารางค่าจัดส่ง

การรับสินค้า

- สามารถเลือกรับสินค้าได้ที่หน้างาน Cosmos glitter from star concert วันที่ 21 กันยายน 2568 สถานที่ Phenix Grand Ballroom, 5th floor หรือสามารถเลือกจัดส่งได้โดยเริ่มจัดส่งสินค้าตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กันยายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป

**หากเลือกรับสินค้าแบบใดแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนวิธีการรับได้อีก

เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า

- หากสินค้ามีตำหนิ ชำรุดเสียหายจากการผลิต เช่น เสื้อขาด เป็นรู สกรีนไม่เรียบร้อย ท่านสามารถดำเนินการขอเคลมสินค้าได้โดยการถ่ายคลิปวิดีโอสินค้า พร้อมแนบรายละเอียด การสั่งซื้อ หมายเลขการสั่งซื้อมาที่ cs@thaiticketmajor.com ภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า หากไม่มีหลักฐานยืนยันจะไม่สามารถขอเคลมสินค้าได้ทุกกรณี

เอกสารที่ต้องนำมาประกอบการรับสินค้า

1. สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือ สำเนาพาสปอร์ตที่มีชื่อนามสกุลตรงกับเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ

2. แบบฟอร์มการชำระเงิน หรือ ไฟล์รูปแบบฟอร์มการชำระเงินที่มีหมายเลขการสั่งซื้อ

- กรณีที่ผู้สั่งซื้อไม่สามารถมารับสินค้าได้ด้วยตนเอง ต้องมีเอกสารมอบอำนาจ

Order Details

- Sales Period: From August 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM to September 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

- Each order is limited to a maximum of 5 items. If you wish to purchase more, you may log in and place a new order as many times as you’d like.

- Shipping costs are calculated per order. Please refer to the shipping rate table. Domestic and international shipping are both available.

- Orders cannot be canceled once completed.

- Please provide your shipping name in either Thai or English only. Make sure the address is complete and accurate. If the parcel is returned due to an unclear address, a second delivery fee will be charged according to the shipping rate table.

Product Pickup & Delivery Options

- You may choose to pick up your order at the event on September 21, 2025, at Phenix Grand Ballroom, 5th floor . Alternatively, you may choose to have your order shipped, with deliveries starting from September 25, 2025, in the order purchases were placed.

**Once your delivery method has been selected, it cannot be changed.

Product Warranty Conditions

- If your item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues (e.g., holes in clothing, misprints), you may request a claim by sending a video of the item along with your order details and order number to cs@thaiticketmajor.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims without sufficient evidence cannot be processed.

On-Site Pickup Requirements

- Product pickup at the event is on September 21, 2025, at Phenix Grand Ballroom, 5th floor

Please bring the following documents:

1. A copy of your ID card or passport (must match the name on the order).

2. Proof of payment or a photo of the payment confirmation showing the order number.

- If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, a letter of authorization must be provided.
